By creating an account or using OrbitAI.tv, you agree to these terms.

1. What OrbitAI.tv is

OrbitAI.tv is a player. We do not provide, select, host or endorse any TV channel, stream, video-on-demand catalogue or electronic programme guide. You connect the app to sources you already have access to — a playlist link, or an Xtream or Stalker portal — and it plays them back. You are solely responsible for the sources you add and for having the right to access and use them. OrbitAI.tv has no visibility into, and no responsibility for, the content those sources make available.

2. Your account and your licence

Your account is personal; it exists solely for your own use and must not be shared between accounts.

If you buy Premium, the licence attached to your account is personal, for a single household, and valid on up to five (5) devices at a time. You may swap devices freely as long as you stay within that limit and within one household. Right after you pay, and until Google Play has confirmed the purchase (usually seconds, never more than 12 hours), the limit is one device — the device you bought Premium on. It returns to five as soon as the purchase is confirmed.

3. Misuse

If we find that your account is being used in a way that breaches these terms — including sharing your account or licence outside your household, or exceeding the device limit through circumvention — we will warn you first and give you 7 days to correct it. If the account is then suspended or terminated for this reason, we ask Google to refund the unused part of the paid period on a pro-rata basis — see §4 for how that refund is actually carried out — except where the breach was deliberate (for example, reselling access or fraud), in which case we do not request a refund.

4. Subscription, price and cancellation

Premium is a recurring subscription, billed monthly or yearly, sold exclusively through Google Play Billing, inside the Android app. The seller of the subscription in the European Economic Area is Google Commerce Ltd, not us; the price, currency, billing period, any free trial and the renewal date are shown by Google Play before you pay, and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. Once purchased, the same licence works on every platform we support (Android TV and phone, Fire TV) on the same account.

Cancellation and refunds are governed by Google Play's own terms and are executed by Google, not by us. To cancel or to request a refund yourself, use your Google Play account (Play Store → Subscriptions) — we cannot cancel a Google Play subscription on your behalf and cannot issue a refund directly. The one exception is the pro-rata refund described in §3: when we suspend or terminate an account for misuse, we submit that refund request to Google ourselves, and Google executes it under its own rules.

Deleting your OrbitAI.tv account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. If you delete your account, cancel the subscription separately in Google Play, otherwise it will keep renewing and billing you.

5. Changes to the service

If we make a change to a paid feature that reduces what it does for you, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before it takes effect, as required by Directive (EU) 2019/770 on contracts for digital content and services.

6. Age requirement

OrbitAI.tv is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

7. Reporting illegal or infringing content

We do not host or control the content made available by the sources you connect. If you believe a source, or something within the app that we do control, is being used to enable access to illegal content, write to support@orbitai.tv. We respond to well-founded notices within 7 days, and may suspend the account involved if the notice is well-founded.

If we become aware of information giving rise to a suspicion that a criminal offence involving a threat to the life or safety of a person has taken place, is taking place, or is likely to take place, we inform the competent law-enforcement or judicial authorities, as required by Article 18 of the EU Digital Services Act.

8. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer, you may also contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (Комисия за защита на потребителите, КЗП), www.kzp.bg, or the sector's alternative dispute resolution (conciliation) commissions for an out-of-court resolution. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued and is no longer available for this purpose.
