Sending us a log

If something goes wrong, open Settings → Logs → Send log in the app. It shows an 8-character code on screen. Email us that code together with a short description of what happened, at support@orbitai.tv — the code lets us find the matching log on our side (kept for 30 days) without you having to attach or paste anything yourself.

We never see your logs unless you send us the code; nothing is uploaded automatically.

Frequently asked questions

What kind of playlist can I use? Any M3U or M3U8 playlist link, or an Xtream Codes API portal (server, username and password). Stalker Middleware portals are also supported where the provider exposes the standard endpoints.

Do you provide channels, a playlist or an EPG? No. OrbitAI.tv is a player only — it never ships, sells or recommends any channel, playlist or programme guide. You bring your own source, and you are responsible for having the right to use it.

Why doesn't catch-up / archive playback work for a channel? Archive and catch-up playback depends entirely on what your source (playlist or Xtream/Stalker provider) actually offers for that channel. If the provider doesn't expose archive for it, OrbitAI.tv has nothing to play back.

How do I install OrbitAI.tv on a Fire TV? Fire TV isn't on the Google Play Store used by Fire OS, so install the free Downloader app from the Amazon Appstore, then enter orbitai.tv/apk as the URL to download and install OrbitAI.tv directly. See the Install page for the exact steps and a QR code.
